HeyVIP Terms & Conditions – Full terms of use and agreement details

These Terms & Conditions apply between heyvip (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "heyvip") and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the heyvip.id website or mobile application, you confirm your agreement to all of these terms.

Key definitions used in these Terms & Conditions:

• "Member" – Any person registered on heyvip.
• "Account Balance" – The total funds available in a member's account.
• "Bonus" – Extra credits or free spins awarded by heyvip.
• "Wagering" – The total wagering amount required to use a bonus.

For deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Deposits from another person's mobile number or bank account are not permitted.

For withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Standard processing time is 5–15 minutes; however, verification may extend this to up to 24 hours.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, heyvip may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

Heyvip charges no transaction fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are outside heyvip's control.

Heyvip offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please review the following conditions before using any bonus:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, which is typically 20–40 times the bonus amount.
• A time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirement.
• Some bonuses can only be used on specific games.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance; funds only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Heyvip reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

The following rules apply when playing games on heyvip:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that is internationally audited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on heyvip:

• Multi-Accounting: Holding multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Fraudulently collecting bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using heyvip as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Cheating: Using software or any strategy to gain an unfair advantage.
• False Information: Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or identity verification.

Heyvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Being under the legal age.
• If there is suspicion of financial irregularity.

Members may request account closure at any time. However, if active bonus conditions have not been met at the time of closure, the bonus will be forfeited. Any genuine deposited funds remain refundable.

• Complaints must be formally submitted within 30 days of the date they are raised.
• In any dispute regarding game results, the game provider's logs will serve as the definitive evidence.
• In all disputes, heyvip's decision shall be considered final.

Heyvip is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• Issues with the user's own device.
• Unforeseen natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances.
